The County of Orange, Orange County Community Resources (Occr), Purchasing and Contracts Services on Behalf of Oc Parks, (Hereinafter Referred to as "county") Is Requesting Statement of Qualifications Under Phase One (1) of Two-step Sealed Invitation for Bids From Qualified Firms (Hereinafter Referred to as "respondents") for Trail Maintenance and Repair Services.
