The County of Orange, Orange County Community Resources (Occr), Purchasing and Contracts Services on Behalf of Oc Parks, (Hereinafter Referred to as "county") Is Requesting Statement of Qualifications Under Phase One (1) of Two-step Sealed Invitation for Bids From Qualified Firms (Hereinafter Referred to as "respondents") for Trail Maintenance and Repair Services. The County Intends to Enter Into a Three (3) Year Contract, With the Option to Be Renewed via Mutual Written Agreement for Two (2) Additional One (1) Year Terms.
All Contractors and Subcontractors Must Comply With the Requirements of Labor Code Section 1771.1(a), Pertaining to Registration of Contractors Pursuant to Section 1725.5. Bids Cannot Be Accepted From Unregistered Contractors Except as Provided in Section 1771.1.
