**As of May 6, 2022, project was awarded to John Kubricky & Sons, awarded amount is $8,099,607.50** Palmer Avenue Utility Reconstruction includes full-depth reconstruction of Palmer Avenue within the Village of Corinth, New York. Drinking water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer mains, curbing, and sidewalk will also be replaced. If Laberge Group is requested to mail the Contract Documents, there will be an additional non-refundable charge of $20.00 for postage and handling, payable to the VILLAGE OF CORINTH. Bid addenda or RFI responses will only be submitted to prospective bidders shown on the official prospective bidder list. All qualified bidders, upon return of full Contract Documents, will be refunded the full deposit. All non-bidders, upon return of full Contract Documents, will be refunded one-half of the deposit. All documents, returned for refund, must be received in good condition and within thirty (30) days of the Bid Opening. combined MWBE goal for this project is 20% fully complete the project on or before October 20, 2023
