Renovation of a detention facility in Carson City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
All contractor/vender representatives attending a Pre-Bid Walk Through Meeting must submit a Vender/Contractor LEIN Request five business days prior to the meeting date, (See the attached Vender/Contractor LEIN Request form). Send the LEIN Request form, filled out and signed, by email to Daniel T. Smith at email address: SmithD76@michigan.gov. The email "Subject" must include (Facility Name, Project Name, Date & Time of Pre-Bid Walk Through Meeting) NOTE: An individual is only permitted to represent one bidder at a mandatory walk-through DESCRIPTIONOFWORK: Remove existing quarry tile and epoxy paint from concrete floor slab. Rework existing underground sanitary piping, furnish and install new grease trap. Remove existing site pavement and concrete loading dock truck well. Furnish and install new concrete slabs, pavement and retaining walls, new storm sewer pipe, and new epoxy coating on concrete floors in Kitchen. Removal and reinstallation of existing food service equipment is part of this project. ACCEPTING QUESTIONS UNTIL: February 23, 2022 at 12:00 NOON Eastern Time
