The Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa), Holland Construction Services, Inc., on behalf of Sparta CUSD #140 will receive sealed bids for the construction of the Sparta High School Gymnasium Addition. Bids shall be clearly marked with "Sparta CUSD #140 Gymnasium Addition Bid," including appropriate bid package(s) number. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud starting at approximately 3:00 PM central time, February 22, 2022, at Sparta High School.
