Infrastructure for customers corresponding to the standards of quality, safety, accessibility and brand image of the PRINCIPAL will be fitted out. In addition, the PRINCIPAL is planning various functional redevelopment and renovation works on its building stock. Finally, the electrification of the vehicle fleet will entail major modifications to the maintenance and storage facilities. To achieve its objectives, the PRINCIPAL requires the services of engineers in the fields of building mechanics and electricity. Without prejudice, the scope of the Contract is currently estimated at approximately FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($400,000) over THREE (3) years. Unless otherwise indicated, the first of the TWO (2) limits reached will cause the Contract to end. However, the monetary scope does not constitute a firm commitment by the PRINCIPAL.
