Project Title: Install Eyewash Housekeeping Sinks Project Number: 668-22-102 Project Location; Spokane VA Medical Center Spokane, WA This procurement is 100% set aside for SDVOSB Contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, labor tools, equipment, and materials necessary to complete all work in strict accordance with the attachments to this solicitation The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than 180 Days After Receipt of Notice to Proceed. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises. The completion date is based on the assumption that the successful offeror will receive the notice to proceed by 30 Days After Award. The completion date will be extended by the number of calendar days after the above date that the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, except to the extent that the delay in issuance of the notice to proceed Inquiries. All questions (inquiries, clarifications, etc.) shall be submitted by the Contractor. Questions from subcontractors and suppliers will not be entertained. Inquiries shall be submitted via Email to Paul.Richardson2@va.gov no later than Feb 1, 2022, and sooner if possible. The Government is not obligated to respond to inquiries received after this date. Instructions. The Offeror shall provide three (3) sample projects, using Attachment 23 Contractor Reference Form, demonstrating that the team has completed at least one (3) plumbing projects within the past three (3) years preferably in a fully operational medical facility. The projects should be similar in magnitude with a minimal total value of $100,000.00 (a) The Contractor shall submit one of the following payment protections: Payment Bond or Irrevocable Letter of Credit. (b) The amount of the payment protection shall be 100 percent of the contract price. (c) The submission of the payment protection is required within 10 days of contract award.
