Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of April 6, 2022, bids remain under evaluation. Funding for the project has not been approved. The Chattanooga Housing Authority (CHA) is currently soliciting bids for Qualified Contractor(S) services for the Boynton Terrace Apartments Parking Lot Improvements Project. Please refer to the attached files for the scope of work and to complete the bid package requirements. Contact Information: Hana Ramirez, hramirez@chahousing.org Questions Due Date: Mar 1st 2022, 2:00 PM EST A Bid Bond will be required for contracts that are more than $100,000. The successful bidder for a project over $100,000 will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Payment and Performance Bond. When a Payment and Performance bond is required or applicable, the actual cost of the Payment and Performance Bond will be the responsibility of the contractor to include in base bid and will not be reimbursed by owner CHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any abnormalities in the bids.
