For Water Transmission Line Easement Clearing Services. These services would potentially require heavy clearing of brush, including possible tree and stump removal, for properties in which access to water transmission line easements must be maintained by Charlotte Water. Charlotte Water must regularly clear water transmission line system easements of growth and re-growth to provide access for repair and maintenance activities. All work locations will be in off street easements within the Charlotte Water service area which includes the City of Charlotte, unincorporated City areas, and all towns in Mecklenburg County. Contracted services may take place on public and private property. Service areas and boundaries will be identified by Charlotte Water. The selected firm shall also be responsible for the removal and disposal of vegetation, debris, and other projectable objects from within the site areas identified Submission of Written Questions Prior to Pre-Proposal Conference. Companies are permitted to submit written questions for purposes of clarifying this RFP on February 17, 2022. Submission of Written Questions After the Pre-Proposal Conference. Questions are due by 5:00 p.m. EST on March 25, 2022 Services Anticipated to Commence. Company begins providing the Services onMay 4, 2022 The City reserves the right any or all Proposals
