WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: .1 Work of this Contract comprises the renovation of Nelson McIntyre Collegiate Science Classroom located on 188 St. Mary's Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba; and further identified as Nelson McIntyre Collegiate Science Classroom. .2 The work encompassed the renovation of two existing science classroom. .3 The Science Classrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the building . .4 No change in the Building Major Occupancy Classification is expected. No Change in the Major Occupancy Fire Separations is anticipated, however existing fire Separation shall remain. No variation in the Building Occupant Load is projected. .5 Asbestos containing materials [ACM] were confirmed to be present. Bid documents may be obtained at MERX and Winnipeg Construction Association WCA.
