Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid submission time or any publicized postponement thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to condition of employment to be observed and to the minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract. Mobilization; stakeout of utilities; Dig Safely New York clearances; removal of existing concrete ramp; cofferdam; dewatering; concrete forms; abutment; construction laydown areas; protection of existing facilities and structures; backfilling and compaction; rock removal; flowable fill; concrete forms and accessories; concrete reinforcing; placement of normal and stamped concrete (colored and uncolored); benches; bollards; knee-walls; safety fence; landscape viewers; electrical conduit and pull boxes; electrical panel; temporary access to the existing Village dock; removal of temporary access to Village dock; water service; meter pit; storm water pipe; sawcutting; asphalt pavement replacement; periodic and final cleanup; site restoration; turbidity curtain; erosion and sediment control; and all work necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
