DESCRIPTION OF MAINTENANCE WORK (indicative) Perform maintenance and repair on all of the University's mechanical systems in working and shutdown condition. Report and repair anomalies in the mechanical systems, namely abnormal vibrations, leaks, abnormal noises, overheating of the bearings, etc. Check the solidity of the anchors, supports and frame of the device, the condition of the belts, motors, pulleys, direct couplings and remedy the situation if necessary. Check the operation of dampers, manual or motorized valves, etc. Adjust, oil and grease the belts as needed. Inspect and clean all screens, coils and heating/cooling exchangers. Repair, clean and replace heat pumps. Replace, understand the operation and install controllers of mechanical equipment. Perform seasonal start-up/shutdown of certain equipment including cooling towers. Performance 50% is required. Duration : 36 Months
