The UNIVERSITY INTEGRATED CENTER FOR HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES OF CENTRE-SUD-DE-L'ILE-DE-MONTREAL, a legal person governed by public law duly constituted under the Act respecting health services and social services, CQLR c S-4.2, having its principal place of business at 155, boul. St-Joseph East, in the city of Montreal, province of Quebec, H2T 1H4. The CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l'Ile-de-Montreal wishes to qualify professionals in each of the following disciplines: Architecture, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Building Structure and Civil Engineering, in order to perform or participate in the planning of work to be planned, either of the type: Study, Plan and estimate, PFT and Services during construction. Please note that this measure is taken in accordance with the guidelines proposed by the Treasury Board Secretariat, dated March 25, 2020 (Communique no. SSMP-02 "Coronavirus (COVID-19)"). Filing of Complaints : Any company or person interested in this and the call for tenders and who is of the opinion that the tender documents do not comply with the contractual rules in force, may file a complaint by following the directives detailed in the management procedure of complaint adopted by the CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l'Ile-de-Montreal in accordance with section 21.0.3 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, c.
