The City is seeking qualified vendors with experience to provide cemetery services in relation to opening, closing and restoration of gravesites located at both Oak Hill and West Side cemeteries. The agreement covers a period of five (5) years, beginning on May 1, 2022 and extending to April 30, 2027. Official notifications, whenever required for any purpose under contract, shall be made in writing and addressed to the City as follows: City of Geneva, Public Works Department Attn: Nate Landers, Superintendent of Streets, Fleets, and Facilities, 1800 South Street Geneva, Illinois 60134 The City of Geneva is seeking qualified vendors with experience and interest to present their qualifications and capabilities to provide cemetery services in relation to the opening, closing, and restoration of grave sites located at both Oakhill and Westside Cemeteries, for the City of Geneva, Illinois. The City of Geneva reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in proposal procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest of the City.
