Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Sooke, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

For the removal and disposal of approximately 110 sq meters of tar and gravel (T&G) roof with on the apparatus bay of the Sooke Fire Rescue Service, located at 2225 Otter Point Road. The successful proponent will replace the roofing utilizing a 2 Ply SBS Membrane assembly as well replacing all flashing. A slope kit is required to be supplied and installed by the successful proponent to mitigate existing water pooling
