Renovation of a museum in Washington, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
RFP for a Roofing/ General Contractor to Provide Construction Services for Star of the Republic Museum Collections Annex Roof Replacement at Washington on the Brazos State Historic Site. Services shall include, but are not limited to, the requirements contained in this RFP. In accordance with the approved schedule and price, the awarded respondent shall provide and/or secure and install all materials, labor, coordination, management, and supervisory activities necessary to complete construction of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents: Drawings and Specifications, Addenda, and Contract Modifications. The Texas Historical Commission seeks a general contractor firm that has documented experience with commercial roofing of the type, scale and scope described in this RFP. Contractor must have a MINIMUM of 8 years' experience in construction similar to the type of work required by these Contract Documents (as judged by THC) to be eligible for contract award. Preference will be given to respondents who have completed similar projects. THC requires all work to comply with all applicable Federal and State laws, codes, and standards
