Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 755,470-square-foot, 17-story above grade, 976-unit multi-residential development; 6,052-square-foot retail development; two-story below grade parking garage; 9,385-square-foot day care center; 9,990-square-foot clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

Development of a mixed-use residential and retail on the site of one of three commuter lots at Wilson Subway station. The 8-acre site at the northwest corner of Wilson Avenue and Wilson Heights Blvd includes rental residential and affordable homes. BLOCK 1 - closest to the Wilson Subway Station entrance contains a 10-storey building with condo 209 suites (approx. 14,852 sq m) with indoor and outdoor amenities. BLOCK 2 - located directly east of Block 1 across a new private road and consists of three, 17-storey towers with a total of 767 rental units - of which, 383 are market-rate and 384 affordable units (approx. 55,099 sq m). This Block also includes retail space (approx. 470 sq m) and institutional space, comprising of a day nursery (869 sq m) and a community centre (925 sq m). Each Block share a 2-level underground parking garage. TIMELINE: Ground breaking occurred late November 2024. Construction is underway. Trades are being secured by invitation only, awarded trades will NOT be released for publication. *This project has been funded as part of the city of Toronto incentive, Housing Now plan.
