Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Working plans call for the construction of a 609,912-square-foot, 17-story above grade, 976-unit multi-residential development; 5,076-square-foot, one-story above grade retail development; two-story below grade parking garage; 9,385-square-foot day care center; 9,990-square-foot clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

Development of multi-phased, mixed-use residential and retail on the site of one of three commuter lots at Wilson Subway station. The 8-acre site at the northwest corner of Wilson Avenue and Wilson Heights Blvd includes rental residential and affordable homes. BLOCK 1 - closest to the Wilson Subway Station entrance contains a 10-storey building with condo 209 suites (approx. 14,852 sq m) with indoor and outdoor amenities. BLOCK 2 - located directly east of Block 1 across a new private road and consists of three, 17-storey towers with a total of 767 rental units - of which, 383 are market-rate and 384 affordable units (approx. 55,099 sq m). This Block also includes retail space (approx. 470 sq m) and institutional space, comprising of a day nursery (869 sq m) and a community centre (925 sq m). Each Block share a two-level underground parking garage. TIMELINE: A revised site plan application has been submitted to the city for approvals. Scope of work has changed. Working drawings are complete. Invited sub trade tenders and construction timelines will be finalized pending all approvals. Blocks 3 and 4 will proceed as a later phase.
