Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Marieville, Quebec. Design plans call for the construction of a 8,650-square-foot, two-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
Construction of a warehouse for municipal services of the City. The scope of the project includes the construction of a warehouse and a global development of the site securing it with fences, a lighting system and a surveillance camera system. TIMELINE: Project design is ongoing. Working drawings are expected to begin in early 2026. Timelines for a tender and construction are being finalized. Note. The project is included in the City five-year capital expenditure program for the years 2025 to 2029 with completion in 2027.
