Plans consist of the renovation of the existing estimated 2,500-square-foot classroom space. The scope includes but not limited to masonry, concrete, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and systems demolition and improvements. Equipment and furnishings indicated, shall be provided by the contractor unless noted otherwise.
