Renovation of an educational facility in Woodbridge, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,500-square-foot educational facility.
Plans consist of the renovation of the existing estimated 2,500-square-foot classroom space. The scope includes but not limited to masonry, concrete, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and systems demolition and improvements. Equipment and furnishings indicated, shall be provided by the contractor unless noted otherwise. Note from Atlam Construction: We are seeking quotes from kitchen equipment vendors, who have worked on county school projects.
