As of April 4, 2022, project was awarded to BRB Contractors, awarded amount is $812,033.30. The project involves the demolition of the existing Woodlawn School and associated parking areas at 301 Woodlawn Avenue in Upper Moreland Township, Montgomery County, PA. The building and associated impervious surfaces will be removed and replaced with grass. The Contractor is responsible for all erosion control, demolition, grading, soil compaction, trash/material removal, and local permitting. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, labor and work, unless otherwise provided and shall be responsible for the complete supervision, performance and completion of all work in accordance with the drawings, specifications, special provisions and contract. Clarification Deadline - 2/28/2022 5:00 PM TAX MAP PARCEL No.: 59-00-19219-00-9 PLEASE NOTE: BIDS FOR THIS PROJECT ARE DUE THURSDAY, MARCH 3, 2022, AT 10:00 AM. AT THAT TIME, BIDS WILL BE OPENED DIRECTLY ON PENNBID AND MADE PUBLIC AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THE TOWNSHIP BUILDING WILL NOT BE OPEN FOR THE BID OPENING. PLEASE DO NOT REPORT TO THE TOWNSHIP BUILDING FOR THE BID OPENING.
