The Project includes the expansion of Apron 'A' and 2.5-inch mill and overlay of existing Apron 'A' at the Delaware Municipal Airport. The allowable construction timeframes and times to Substantial Completion are as stated in the plans and Agreement and are dependent on the Add Alternates awarded. The expected Notice to Proceed date is approximately August 1, 2023. Award and execution of a contract is contingent upon final confirmation of FAA and local funding, anticipated before September 30, 2023.
