**As of April 25, 2022, project was awarded to 3S Contracting LLC, awarded amount is $3,355,315.93.** The project includes utilities, being water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer, in accordance with the plans and specifications for La Terra Phase One. The Developer, Qualico Developments (U.S.), Inc., a Delaware corporation, on behalf of Uptown Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Collin County will be the Payor for the contract for Uptown Municipal Utility District No. 1 of Collin County. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid.
