Douglas College invites submissions for prequalification of mechanical contractors for future mechanical upgrade projects at their; 1. Coquitlam Campus - 1250 Pinetree Way, Coquitlam, BC V3B 7X3 2. New Westminster Campus - 700 Royal Avenue, New Westminster, BC V3M 5Z5 It is anticipated that bid documents will be issued to pre-qualified contractors over a period of three (3) years. The following is a list of potential upgrade projects that are anticipated to take place over the next three (3) years; (This is not a complete list but provides an example of the scope of future projects): 1. Electrical Vault Cooling 2. Server Room CRAC unit replacements 3. Main Domestic Cold-Water Cross Connection Replacement 4. Mechanical installations and other related services 5. Ventilation upgrades, air-handling unit upgrades, terminal unit upgrades. 6. Heating and cooling plant upgrades 7. Energy performance and greenhouse gas reduction upgrades
