Renovation of an educational facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of October 20, 2023, construction is underway and all trades have been awarded. The owner has selected a Construction Manager. The Atlanta Public Schools seeks a Construction Manager at Risk to complete improvement to the appearance and function of the Bethune Elementary School facility. The successful Construction Manager will be expected to provide all the services included in the standard APS Construction Management at Risk Agreement for building improvements at the following location. The terms and conditions contained in this solicitation comprise the contract terms and conditions proposed by APS. APS does not intend to make changes to those terms and conditions, unless necessary to clarify the scope of work and/or technical requirements. In order for any exceptions to be considered by APS, you must submit your exception request as a question through the Bonfire System by the questions due date as noted in the Scope of Work. Construction Budget $4,400,000.00
