Renovation of a development in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,500-square-foot development.
The proposed contract is to add (standard gauge) galvanized metal roofing to the residence on McCurtain Co Wildlife Management Area. Existing shingled roofing is one layer thick and may be removed if deemed necessary; current decking is in good condition. If existing shingles are removed, then they will be discarded by awarded vendor. Residence is approximately 1500 square feet. Roof must be completed by June 15, 2022. Potential bidders who decide to view the house prior to bidding must note any bid questions/concerns they have and address them by phone call or email to the Certified Procument Officer The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
