Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Dundee, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
All questions must be in writing and sent to Brad Anderson: brad.anderson@christmanco.com, no later than February 17, 2022 at 2:00pm. Elementary and Middle School 2nd Floor HVAC Upgrades, Parking Lot Improvements, and Synthetic Turf Field Post bid interviews will be scheduled for the week of February 21, 2022. Bidders must have availability for an interview during that week. All proposals submitted shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid date. The Owner, Architect, and Construction Manager reserve the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all proposals, or accept any proposal, which, in their opinion, will serve their best interest If bidders do not wish to furnish a bid bond, bid security may also be submitted in the form of certified check, cashiers' check, or money order. If submitting bid security in one of these forms: Physical securities must be received by the Construction Manager prior to the date and time bids are due.
