The Greater Egg Harbor Regional Board of Education will receive bids for Gymnasium Flooring Replacement at Oakcrest High School (FVHD-5372), together with all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the requirements of the drawings and specifications prepared by Fraytak Veisz Hopkins Duthie, PC (FVHD), Architects--Planners Bids will be received for: Single Overall Contract (DPMC Classifications: C015 or C009) In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 114 of the Laws of 1977, any person desiring to submit a bid by mail or to submit a bid prior to the time of receipt of bids as set forth in this notice, should address or deliver the same to Thomas P. Grossi, Business Administrator c/o Greater Egg Harbor Regional H.S.D. Board Office, 1824 Dr. Dennis Foreman Drive, Mays Landing, NJ 08330-2640, who will retain the same until the time set forth for the receipt of bids Due to COVID-19 virus and New Jersey Executive Orders EO107 and LFN2020-10, Contractors are required to provide their own face masks/personal protection equipment, practice social distancing and hand washing at all times and assume all risks associated with their presence on District premises. Wearing a face mask is required at all times. Construction on this project shall proceed in accordance with Executive Orders 122 and 142. If contractor requests shipping, a direct shipping account number must be provided to the Architect and for paper sets, a separate non-refundable handling fee of $25 per set payable in advance. Checks for disks and paper sets are payable in advance to Fraytak Veisz Hopkins Duthie, P.C. Upon receipt of payment, disk or paper sets will be shipped, or made available for pick-up. All requests for information (RFI) must be submitted to the Architect by February 24, 2022, via facsimile at (609) 883-2694 or via common carrier to Fraytak Veisz Hopkins, P.C., 1515 Lower Ferry Road, Trenton, NJ 08618 with the Project Title and Project Number FVHD-5325 referenced. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids or to waive informality in the bidding if it is in the interest of the School District to do so.
