**As of April 8, 2022, this project has been awarded to Kolling and Kolling and the awarded amount is $1,426,800.00 (Base Bid + Alternate 1,2,3,5).** F. The Owner further reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities, and shall incur no legal liability for the State for the payment of any monies until contract is awarded and approved by the proper authorities.
