The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, management, expertise, transportation, supervision, training, equipment rental, certificates of insurance, licenses and permits to provide the services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). 3. After award to the successful contractor, the Government has the right to inspect the equipment and refuse acceptance of the equipment if it is damaged or does not function properly.
