Heritage Branch of the Province seeks a qualified contractor for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the water system at Fort Steele Heritage Town over a 5-year term with two 2-year options to renew. The water system supplies domestic drinking water for Heritage Town visitors and staff, irrigation for the town site and livestock operation, as well as domestic water to several private property households. Proposals will be evaluated on the basis of experience, completeness of the proposal, price and other factors as determined by the Province. Unless an exception applies as described in Section 2.29 b), as a condition of Contract finalization the successful Proponent will be required to provide the Province with a Tax Verification Letter. Please see Section 2.29 for further details. As set out in Section 2.29, the Province will be unable to finalize a Contract with a Proponent that is unable to produce a Tax Verification Letter as a part of Contract finalization, if required.
