All work shall be performed, and all construction and material used and furnished shall be in accordance with the Plans and Specifications prepared by Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC, and on file in the office of the City of McAlester City Hall. CONTRACT COMPLETION: Construction shall commence at the project site within fourteen (14) calendar days after the date to be specified in the written 'Notice to Proceed' ARH# 11-01100 Hammonton Lake Park ADA Improvements 1-3 Town of Hammonton, Atlantic County, NJ by the Engineer and shall be completed within 60 calendar days from the date the written 'Notice to Proceed' is given, unless otherwise agreed to Deposit of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon the execution of the Contract and required bonds. This project is to be financed by a loan from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board through the Department of Environmental Quality Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) and shall be referred to as DWSRF Project No. P40-1020609-01. The bids filed with the City of McAlester will be opened and considered by the City of McAlester, at a meeting to be held at 28 East Washington, McAlester, OK 74501 at 2:00 p.m., (Local Time), on the 1st day of March, 2022, but all bids shall remain on file at least forty- eight (48) hours thereafter before a contract will be made and entered into thereon. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours prior to the Bid Opening will be returned. The contract is to be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
