The Trinity River Authority of Texas (AUTHORITY) is seeking bids for its Livingston Regional Water Supply System (LRWSS), 4253 FM 350 South, Livingston, TX to remove approximately 5,500 cubic yards of wet sludge from the west settling pond. To attend Pre-bid meetings or Bid openings, you must register 24 hours in advance of the anticipated visit to be allowed entrance. You must register by emailing your full name, phone number, and pre-bid meeting you are attending to: nrpurchasing@trinityra.org. When you arrive the guard may deny your admittance if you are not on the list and do not have the required valid government issued ID for entrance. Clarification Deadline - 2/18/2022 5:00 PM Payment Bond. If the bid price exceeds $25,000, BIDDER shall furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the bid price, or any increases or deletions therefrom due to contract modifications, guaranteeing payment to all persons supplying labor and materials or furnishing equipment in the execution of the bid; and Performance Bond. If the bid price exceeds $100,000, BIDDER shall furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid price or any increases or deletions therefrom due to Bid modifications, guaranteeing faithful performance of the work and fulfillment of the obligations of the Bid. The Performance Bond shall further guarantee that the BIDDER will repair or replace all defects in the Work arising from defective or inferior workmanship or materials used therein, for a period of one year from the date of final acceptance of the Work by the OWNER.
