** This project has been awarded to is Northeast Electric LLC in the amount of $2,173,420 ** The construction of all components of the 2022 Salmon Creek Treatment Plant (SCTP) Restoration and Repair Projects. Work includes renovating an existing space in Facility 85 to construct a new dedicated and secured server room; installing new owner-supplied core network and computer equipment in new server room network and equipment racks; replacing the existing plant fiber optic cable network with both single- and multi-mode types as shown on Drawings and specified in Contract Documents; constructing and installing network panels and PLC panels; segregating the existing radio network by installing new firewalls and radio data concentrators for the radio communication links to offsite facilities; demolishing existing and installing new security cameras; removing existing fire alarm system and replacing with new fire alarm system, devices and components, initiating and indicating devices, and installing new fire alarm system network communication; upgrading the existing intrusion detection system and devices; providing card reader access controls and. electrified door hardware to Facility 85, the backup server room in Facility 37, and the electrical room in Facility 72; replacing the existing fire pump controllers and installing new disconnects; and all other Work as described in the Contract Plans and Specifications. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish a satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the District.
