Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kalama, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a manufacturing facility; for site work for a manufacturing facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The Work includes: All labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, training, and supervision for the installation of all components of the 7418 Last Mile TI project as shown in the plans and specifications, generally including Prepare required submittals and attend required meetings with the Owner and. regulatory agencies as required by permits for the project. Mobilize to the site Furnish, and install new interior partitions and ceiling/ mechanical platform Furnish and install new lighting and electrical service. Furnish and install new potable water and sewer connection Demobilize equipment, labor, temporary facilities and unused materials from the site Other work required to complete the primary tasks identified above and described in the Contract Documents All contractors must comply with the prevailing wage and anti discrimination laws of the State of Washington For further information contact Darin Sampson.
