**As of March 18 2022, the awarded contactor is Northend Excavation bid amount $77,060.00 and anticipated start date is 4/4. The project improvements will include installation of pedestrian actuated rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFB), as furnished by the City, and upgrade of ADA curb ramps in the area of Totem Middle School. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety made payable to the City of Marysville in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The City of Marysville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding.
