SCOPE OF WORK: The City is seeking to update decorative LED light fixtures on a section of Market Street. This project will include replacing all existing streetlights on the east side of Market Street from 10th Street to 19th Street. This is a total of twenty (20) streetlights. Installation will be completed by First Energy. Lights should be of a decorative design meeting the following specifications: o Styled as Holophane Esplanade Large Roadway LED Pendant o Wiring chamber should feature tool-less latch access to light and wiring o Quick-lock stem mount o Lighting color 4000 K, at least 13000 Lumens o Lens should be "teardrop" shape with asymmetric distribution o Auto-sensing 120-277 V LED driver o Photocontrol receptacle o Black finish ADDITIONAL ITEMS TO CONSIDER: Should be the same light model as previously installed on Avery Street from 9th Street to 13th Street PROJECT TIMELINE Be prepared to deliver the products to the City within twelve (12) calendar weeks of the purchase date
