Renovation of an educational facility in Liberty, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For the installation of sound control panels at Lillian Schumacher Elementary as described herein. It is the intent of the District to award a service contract to a single vendor. BONDING: A Payment Bond will be required from any vendor that submits a total bid proposal in excess of $50,000. The undersigned Bidder agrees to furnish a Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the total contract value prior to execution of the formal service contract, agreement or issuance of an official district purchase order. TIME OF COMPLETION: Work shall begin on or about June 1, 2023. Work must be substantially complete, excluding additional projects added to the original scope of work, by August 1, 2023. The District reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of any quote/proposal/bid, to waive technicalities, and to accept the offer that the District considers to be the most advantageous.
