The purpose of this Phase 1C Development project at the Los Angeles National Cemetery is to provide renovations to select structures at the cemetery to protect the remains of interred Veterans and to enhance the integrity of the historically sensitive buildings. This project will provide upgrades and renovations to columbarium, cloister, columbarium restrooms, and rostrum. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The purpose of this Phase 1C Development project at the Los Angeles National Cemetery is to provide renovations to select structures at the cemetery to protect the remains of interred Veterans and to enhance the integrity of the historically sensitive buildings. This project will provide upgrades and renovations to columbarium, cloister, columbarium restrooms, and rostrum. The contract drawings and specifications include a base bid and two CLIN options. ITEM I, CLIN 001, Base Bid: Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services to construct the full extent of the work defined and included contract documents as shown on the plans and described in the specifications.
