This procurement is a 100% set-a-side for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. The purpose of this Phase 1C Development project at the Los Angeles National Cemetery is to provide renovations to select structures at the cemetery to protect the remains of interred Veterans and to enhance the integrity of the historically sensitive buildings. This project will provide upgrades and renovations to columbarium, cloister, columbarium restrooms, and rostrum. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The purpose of this Phase 1C Development project at the Los Angeles National Cemetery is to provide renovations to select structures at the cemetery to protect the remains of interred Veterans and to enhance the integrity of the historically sensitive buildings. This project will provide upgrades and renovations to columbarium, cloister, columbarium restrooms, and rostrum. The contract drawings and specifications include a base bid and two CLIN options. ITEM I, CLIN 001, Base Bid: Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services to construct the full extent of the work defined and included contract documents as shown on the plans and described in the specifications. Repair and Restoration of the Existing Indoor Columbarium and Cloister buildings 4601 and 4602, Columbarium Restrooms- building 1501, ITEM II, CLIN 002, Option Alternate A: Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services to construct the full extent of the work defined and called out as: ADD ALTERNATE A on Sheet GI-005. ITEM III, CLIN 003, Option Alternate B: Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services to construct the full extent of the work defined and called out as: ADD ALTERNATE B on Sheet GI-005 The project period of performance shall be 365 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost of construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The contract is estimated to be awarded on or around June 26, 2022. 2. OFFEROR SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). To help determine the eligibility of Prime contractors to participate in this solicitation, the Government will use the Small Business Administration (SBA) small business size standard associated with the NAICS code applicable to this solicitation - see below. o NAICS Code is 236220 o SBA Small business Size Standard is $39.5M. Submitted proposals that do not adhere to the following instructions may be deemed unacceptable and ineligible for an award; a. Proposals will be submitted in THREE (3) separate volumes (files). *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
