The State of Texas, by and through Texas Southern University (TSU), seeks Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFQ) to establish a contract with a qualified company to provide HVAC and Moisture Remediation Services which includes air quality / air purification / air filtration and relates services (assessment, upgrades, modifications, and new installation) in fourteen (14) campus buildings to the University. The timeframe for the completion of this project is August 30, 2022 Texas Southern University (TSU) is seeking a qualified company who can provide Air Quality and Air Purification Systems related to HVAC Networks, Building Envelope and Mold Remediation, such as; AHUs, Filters, Pumps, Motor(VFDs), Software, Water Proofing, etc., to be repaired, upgraded, modified, as well as new installation. TSU has identified fourteen (14) campus buildings for this project: Biggers Arts, RS Music, KTSU Radio and Radio Station, Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Sterling Student Life Center, Student Recreation Center, Student Health Center, Gray Hall, Hannah Hall, New Science, Alliee Mitchell Building, Martin Luther King, Paige Education and School of Public Affairs, for the following services: 1. Assessment(s) 2. Modifications 3. Replacements of Parts, Equipment, and related systems components 4. Upgrades 5. Refurbishing of systems and related components 6. Complete system change-out 7. Rehabilitation 8. Renovation(s) 9. New Installation(s). These projects range in value from approximately $5,000 up to $21,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
