By participating in the Surface Transportation Program, the Village has the opportunity to secure federal grants for detailed design and construction while acting as the lead agency on State routes to ensure context sensitive solutions. Policies A-1 and A-2 of the Transportation Section of the Comprehensive Plan would be the focal point of this program.
