Renovation of an educational facility in Oroville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Board of Trustees, will receive sealed Bid Proposals for the Contract for the Work generally described as Bi-Polar Ionization HVAC Air Treatment - Project 210390 located on the District's Butte College Campus located at 3536 Butte Campus Drive, Oroville, California 95965. The base bid in general shall consist of providing all labor, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to supply and install the Bi-polar Ionization HVAC Air Treatment systems, including electrical wiring and transformers as necessary to serve the systems. The scope covers forty buildings Districtwide, utilizing two hundred forty air handling units. Locations include the Main Campus, Chico Center, Skyway Center, and the new Glenn Center. The HVAC equipment ranges from 300-ton serving the three-story Student and Administrative Services building to 50-ton, 10-ton and 5-ton, and including VRF systems with office ceiling cassettes. A comprehensive list of buildings and equipment will be provided at the Job Walk. Any Bid Proposals received after the due date and time will not be considered and will be returned to the firm.
