(1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (2) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The resulting contract will be firm fixed price. (3) To be eligible for award, the Offeror must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, with completed Representations and Certifications. (4) The performance period for this service is 4/4/2022. (5) This requirement is being issued as 100% small business set aside. (6) The NAICS code for this requirement is 238390 - Other Building Finishing Contractors. (7) A site visit is not planned at this time.
