Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Walthall, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Oxford, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids on the following: "Old RSVP Building Demolition" The City of Oxford is seeking bids from qualified contractors for demolition and removal of the Old RSVP building located on the south side of Oxford City Hall at 107 Courthouse Square. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond not less than 5% of the total bid. For questions regarding technical specifications, please contact Mark Levy at (662) 236- 1206 or mlevy@oxfordms.net The project will be awarded based on the best-qualified bid and is subject to the approval by the Mayor and Board of Alderman. The Board of Alderman reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities. CONTRACTOR shall pay OWNER $__250.00__ for each day that expires after the time specified for Substantial Completion until the Work is substantially complete. After Substantial Completion, if CONTRACTOR shall neglect, refuse, or fail to complete the remaining Work within the Contract Time or any proper extension thereof granted by OWNER, CONTRACTOR shall pay OWNER $__300.00 _ for each day that expires after the time specified for completion and readiness for final payment until the Work is completed and ready for final payment
