The scope of work will involve but is not limited to: grass maintenance and brush removal, snow removal, minor building repairs, minor demolition and building maintenance at various proper-p p ties within the City of Easton which are owned byy the RDA. In order to limit the spread of COVID-19, , City Hall experiences periodic closures to the public. Check hours the status prior to visiting City Hall and plan accordingly when picking p g up p or dropping g off documents. The RDA acquires, rehabilitates and sells properties p on an on-going basis. While property is in the possession of the RDA, certain maintenance and repairs are required. The RDA is requesting g hourly rates for the scope of work from qualified contractors. It is the responsibility of the bidder to possess all necessary equipment to perform the contracted work within the scope of this contract. Any job that requires specialized equipment p or skills may be subject to the bid process. Bids may be held for a period not to exceed sixty y (60)( ) daysy from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders prior to awarding of the contract. The RDA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
