Question Cutoff Date 2/22/2022 5:00 pm CT Upon the Citys issuance of a notice to proceed, the Contractor shall have no more than ninety (90) calendar days in which to complete the entire project, including all restoration. Liquidated damages in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500) per calendar day shall be paid by the contractor for each day that expires after the ninety (90) calendar day period allowed to complete the entire project. Allowances will be made for inclement weather. The City of Kirkwood Engineering Department would like to increase by 205 S.Y. for a new total quantity of 6,090 S.Y.
