The Salem Fire Department is requesting bids for fire hose and ground ladder testing, which includes but not limited to: personnel and equipment to complete testing and provide personnel to drive engines within testing site for fire hose testing purposes. Any question upon this bid must be submitted in writing to the Contracts & Procurement Division, Office of the Contracts and Procurement Manager, by email: sself@cityofsalem.net. They must be received no later than MARCH 2, 2022 at 5:00 PM (local time). The City reserves the right to cancel this procurement or reject any or all bids, when the cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the City. Prices quoted shall be firm offers, irrevocable, valid and binding for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after the closing date.
