Clay Street Combined Sewer Separation Contract 2 - Camden Street to Outfall The work will include but is not limited to the installation of approximately eight hundred thirty-five linear feet (835 LF) of 48"x96" precast concrete box culvert, three (3) precast concrete manhole chambers of various sizes, approximately four hundred fifty linear feet (450 LF) of reinforced concrete pipe ranging from 24" to 42" in diameter, and six (6) stormwater manhole structures of various sizes. The work will also include the construction of one (1) concrete headwall and outfall with inline check valves and outlet protection, along with all associated site clearing, tree removal, disposal of excess soils, environmental protection, traffic control measures, surface restoration, pipe abandonment, concrete encasement, and utility relocations. The work will take place within the Right of Way (R.O.W.) of E. Camden Street, Block 402.01, Lot 24 known as Foschini Park, and Block 402.01, Lot 40. The Contractor must abide by the conditions and requirements of the Scope of Work and all coordination with Property Owners. Complementary work to furnish and install accessory materials may be if and were directed by the Owner.
