Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking Proponents for the provision of Demand Electrical Maintenance Services. TCHC's Portfolio is divided into four (4) regions. It is TCHC's intent to award four (4) Proponents one (1) region each. This work is categorized as Demand Maintenance. The deliverables have been separated into four (4) regions as follows: Region Operating Units: East OUG, OUH, OUI West OUC, OUD, OUE, OUF Central OUJ, OUK, OUL, OUM Seniors OUN, OUO, OUP, OUQ Demand electrical maintenance services are defined as unplanned electrical work; it is work that is required on an as-needed basis, often as small volume maintenance and repair work in one or more residential units or in common areas such as: - Multi-residential wiring repairs. - Lighting and minor conduit repairs (interior and exterior). - Building electrical repairs (main distribution and sub-services maintenance - These types of repairs may also require compliance with applicable codes and regulations (i.e. Ontario Fire Code, Ontario Building Code, and Electrical Safety Authority).
