Site work for a water / sewer project in Carmel Valley, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Work is as follows: Demolition of five 8-foot diameter fiberglass reinforced plastic tanks, chillers, and associated plumbing fixtures, electrical panels, and air lines connected to aforesaid tanks; Excavation, compaction, importation of structural fill and pouring five concrete slabs for five new owner-furnished 8-foot diameter by 3-foot-deep fiberglass reinforced plastic insulated tanks; Furnish and install five new pumps and air-cooled water chiller units rated at 21,000 Btuh Reconnect all plumbing fixtures, electrical, and air to quarantine tanks Furnish pump, relocate and connect existing large chiller unit Restore construction site to pre-project condition Replace existing load center with new NEMA outdoor rated panel Each bid shall be accompanied by U.S. currency, certified check, cashiers check, or Contractor's bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, and shall be made payable to the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid or in the bidding. No bidder shall withdraw his or her bid for a period of 180 calendar days after the date set by the District for the opening thereof.
